The objective of this component is to provide the island administrations with a system that allows the broadcasting of the plenary sessions of the island corporations in order to promote transparency and achieve greater citizen involvement.
The system includes all the necessary video and audio equipment to be installed in the plenary room of the Cabildo Insular and the six island councils, the transmission of the sessions to the streaming servers, the storage and retransmission in real time and on demand via Internet and the access to the multimedia minutes of the plenary sessions.
